- For the period 2026-27, the Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha have renewed their department-related Parliamentary Standing Committees and the majority of the previous chairpersons have been continued and only some committees have new chairpersons. Of the new appointments, Tiruchi Siva is the new chairperson of the Industry Committee and Sujeet Kumar is the new chairperson of the Personnel, Public Grievances, Law and Justice Committee.
